8 ozs smoked Sockeye salmon
8 ozs cream cheese softened
1 med red onion minced
3-5 oz jar capers drained
juice & peel from 1 med lemon
fresh dill weed finely chopped
black pepper
Combine all in a large bowl and stir with a fork, crumbling salmon into the mixture.
